ELISEN   “Elisen” is a promise of quality for gingerbread. The exceptional feature of the traditional Nuremberg “Elisen” gingerbread are the ingredients: selected spices, a minimum of 25% almonds and hazelnuts, with no more than 10% flour.
The “Elisen” gingerbread from Fraunholz is made without flour.

 
NO FLOUR The Nuremberg "Elisen"gingerbread from Fraunholz is made without flour and contains about 38% almonds and nuts! You will taste it!
