We are looking for
a dedicated baker for our gingerbread manufactory in Nuremberg. In this role, you will contribute to producing our artisanal specialties and keeping our tradition alive.
Your responsibilities
- Production of gingerbread and other baked goods according to traditional recipes
- Participation in all areas of production
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, and smooth processes
- Guidance and support of employees
- Gradual assumption of leadership responsibility
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a baker (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Manual dexterity and passion for traditional baking
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible working style
- Willingness to work overtime during the Christmas season
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on responsibility
- Teamwork to optimize production processes
- Good German language skills
- Experience in gingerbread production is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work seasonal overtime

Employees (m/f/d) wanted for the upcoming Christmas season
Our gingerbread manufactory is looking for support in various roles for the Christmas season 2026.
This includes the production of gingerbread, as well as packaging and order picking.
Also, participation in shipping and order processing.
The season starts at the end of August, contracts run until Christmas, Mon. - Fri. daily from 8:00 a.m., 40 hours per week.
Also well suited for career changers and high school graduates.
Very fair remuneration and additional earning opportunities through overtime on weekends.
Intensive training will be provided by our small, friendly team.
