Permanent employment
For our gingerbread manufactory in Nuremberg, we are looking for a dedicated baker. In this role, you will produce our artisanal specialties and keep our tradition alive.
Your responsibilities
- Production of gingerbread and other baked goods according to traditional recipes
- Assistance in all areas of production
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, and smooth operations
- Guidance and support of employees
- Gradual assumption of leadership responsibilities
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a baker (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Manual dexterity and a passion for traditional baking
- Proactive, reliable, and flexible working style
- Willingness to work overtime during the Christmas season
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on responsibility
- Good German language skills
- Experience in gingerbread production is an advantage

Seasonal Workers
Our gingerbread manufactory is looking for support in various roles for the 2026 Christmas season.
- Production of gingerbread, as well as packaging and order picking
- Assistance in shipping and order processing
- Start from the end of August, contracts run until Christmas
- Mon-Fri daily from 8:00 a.m., 40 hours per week
- Also well suited for career changers and high school graduates
- Very fair remuneration and additional earning opportunities through overtime on weekends
- Intensive training by our small, friendly team
